Happy 4th of July everyone! As I am writing this, we have 37 backers and $3800 toward the CD Woodbury Band studio CD. This is a fantastic show of support and the band again thanks everyone for showing this tremendous level of support. The thing that has me nervous is that we now have 1 week left.

I've been promoting this like crazy on Facebook, but I've had a pair of friends now point out that had no idea that I was doing this because I didn't share on LJ. I guess I felt guilty after not posting here in so long.

Anyway, my blues band is trying to make a full studio CD, and the Kickstarter project has only 9 days left.

I was invited to be a music panelist again for this year's VCON. I had a fantastic time last year, and I don't have any  gigs scheduled that weekend, but alas, with the current money situation I can't even imagine finding the time and the funds for a three day trip to B.C.

Some other time then. I do get a small thrill just being asked.

I did a lot of little content updates, but the big update was making the Live CD available for sale online.

Also, tomorrow is a rare Solo Acoustic performance for me at the Bothell LiveARTS Festival from 4 to 5 pm. Unfortunately the Bluesletter lists me as going on at 5 (most likely my fault) It's at 4! It's at 4!!

Here is yet another reason my band is the best I could hope for. We have a showcase in Portland Sunday. They will also be bringing their trucks down. We will be going from unloading the apartment into trucks to the showcae, and then back to Seattle on the 26th.

In other news: Coast (landlord corp) is offering more reasonable solution.
