Ditto #9!!! I had never listened to This American Life before, what with NPR broadcasting on shitty AM frequencies and me not having any memory for when stuff comes on, but I searched the podcasts for it on a whim one day, and lo it is delightful.

I have added Prague to the list of books 79+ books I have on-order from the library. My self-loathing (or something) must know no bounds.

I needed more Amanda in my life. so thank you.

1. I think I have every Beck album (stolen from a friend, obvs), but have never listened to one on purpose. For this reason, I will never be a hipster. (I am fond of Sexx Laws however.)
2. If only we could take a field trip to the Yankee Candle monstrosity!
3. Crosswords are the best way to kill time at the reference desk. I watched Wordplay on the plane home from DC.
9. I need to start listening to NPR to boost my indie/intellectual cred. And I want their summer internship (in DC!).
