Love for love, and belief in belief

I am re-reading Everything is Illuminated (again), and I came across this passage:

I just read that for the first time a few weeks ago (I'd seen the movie previously). Fantastic book.

I realized after I left that comment that I have seen my copy around. I just can't remember where. Having moved doesn't help.

Oh well. Its here. Oh, a tip for those who watch the movie? Do NOT watch it w/ someone FROM the Ukraine who has survived the bombings & civil wars over there. It tends to upset them.

I don't believe I've seen the movie, but I've read the book a few times. My copy is full of pages with bent corners, which is my way of marking pages that sparked an interesting line of thought.

I definitely need to see the movie. I'm curious about how they did it.
