honestly... not much i would feel good about passing on to you. i'm mostly listening to throwaway stuff - mgmt, white lies, empire of the sun - fun and poppy but not a whole lot of substance.

the only music of quality i have been into lately is bat for lashes. (http://www.batforlashes.com/) i just saw her live a few weeks ago too and it was amazing. think bjork, but with more harpsichord ;)

They just had a bit about Bat for Lashes on the most recent podcast of All Songs Considered... I had never heard of them until then. I liked the song they played, and I certainly love Bjork. I'll check her out on rhapsody later.
