Not at all. There are millions of Republicans, it's a given that some of us will really, really suck. There are quite a few that I really wish would just. shut. up.

(I think he was trying to say "abortion sucks because aborted children could grow up to do great things, you wouldn't use abortion to get rid of potential criminals, would you?" and did so in a spectacularly wanky way. IMO, it's abortion wank, though, he wasn't trying to say "let's kill Black children".)
