One of the nice things about being single again (as well as the three day weekend) is I have time to cook again. One of the downsides is I've been dirtying up dishes left and right! How can one girl create so many dirty dishes???

Tru' dat. This morning, I made my first quiche! It turned out pretty good, too, if I do say so myself.

Mmm, that sounds yummy. Last night we made a Guinness, steak, and cheese pie. It took three hours, but man was it work it. I am so looking forward to leftovers tonight.

Oooh, that does sounds good! I made sticky chicken yesterday, which is a Paul Prudhomme recipe my mom used to make when I was a kid. It turned out pretty okay, but not as good as when my mom made it. Most likely because things always taste better when someone else makes it. :-D

I'd say so. Yesteday, I made a spam and cheese quiche. Not traditional, but quite tasty.
