Did anyone else get to catch the eclipse last night (aside from you folks that watched it with me at Lou's last night)?

No matter how may eclipes I see, they remain absolutely increadible each time.

Yeah, we saw it! It was cool. We watched it from the time it was about 2/3rd eclipsed until it was in full eclipse. Then we went home because it was cold and I was nauseous. Heh.

Yeah it was friggin' cold! I went home right after it was a full eclipse too because it was so cold!

Here it wasn't all that cold, but it was JUST cool enough to start getting uncomfortable after a while. We're weather wimps. :oP

Awesome photo! I was sad I wasn't better prepared, I would have liked to get a photo as well.

If I had been better prepared, I'd have gotten a photo of you with the eclipse behind you.

;)

I was going to make a dirty joke, but nothing comes to mind. I fail.

Si! Was very nice! Ha, Chris came out to see it once it was in its full-eclipse, smoky orange color phase and was like...soooo, when is it going to start?

Hahahaha! I can so see Chris doing that!

Kat hauled out her telescope, and we got some amazing views of the moon. We were also able to see the rings on Saturn, which was simultaneously more and less incredible.

Ah nice! Yeah, seeing Saturn's rings is always pretty incredible, even if you've seen them before. How's OR treating you, btw?
