So, Apple finally fixed my computer. I have a new LCD, and new shell. It's as gorgeous as it was the day I bought it, save minor ugliness on the keyboard. Though the entire process was a pain in the ass, I'm glad I followed Max's persistence and got it replaced. Yay, MacBook Pro (still a fucking ridiculous name).
