You've all probably already heard of/read about this so I won't add a heck of a whole lot to the noise.

I will say that, by and large, censorship hasn't worked the way people think it will.  This bill, and others like it are...not poorly written because they are rather interesting and cleverly worded legal documents but rather ambiguously written

basically, I hit the repost to lj button. it did all the work for me. well, except for the bit at the top.
