Ringer is also so bad, but it's like a crappy fanfic that I just can't stop reading, lol.
I'm loving TVD, though. Though if many twists aren't your thing, well, the show is a roller coaster of reveals. I liked it well enough in S1 and into S2, but I didn't really get into it until the original family of vampires showed up.
Since the narrative is set to make him the biggest woobie ever and a credible love lead, after all the killings he'd done, I realize maybe it's not a series for me.
I will be interested to see how S3 goes, since Elena's other love interest Stefan has fallen off the wagon in a MAJOR way. Really, though, when it comes down to it, it doens't matter who's been killing the most recently, they're both killers period, and she'd need her head examined for having anything to do with either of them at any point in the series. But fandom seems to be a war over which brother is "better" *sigh*

I've been wondering if you gave TVD another shot / started considering giving it another shot. With my journal being a place of insane TVD spam and everything ;).
Joss Whedon shows are made of pure win (though, true, I haven't seen Dollhouse yet), and no wonder they consumed you. How does a person make so many wonderful dialogues?
