Lovely fic. I think it's appalling that you can't give blood if you've had gay sex. The most illogical, bigoted, bloody backwards rule ever. I hate that I can't give blood for medical reasons. I think I'd be devastated if it was for a reason that has absolutely no scientific reasoning behind it. They say it's to prevent blood contaminated with HIV or AIDS entering the system, but, unlike these policies, HIV and AIDS aren't discriminatory. You can get them from straight sex too! Bloody ridiculous!

Anyway, sorry for the rant. I'm just majorly behind gay rights, and anything like this p**ses me off. Brilliant fic. Summed up the feeling of realising you can't do anything to help people really well.
