Okay, so I've just had the most fun weekend ever!! I was in the Skills Canada Baking club this year and as a wind up, Chef thought it would be a good idea to have the Baking and Culinary students put on a big fancy dinner. Of seven courses. For 40 people. o.O We thought he was crazy at that time I think...

But everything went really well! All eight
