Heat Rises by Richard Castle

I'm going to depart a little from my usual book review format, bypassing the plot summary to get right to the squee! (Though if you'd like, there's a short summary on the Amazon page.) I make no promises of coherence.

Massive spoilers for the entire book and for Castle through episode 4x01, Rise )

books, tv, castle

"not to mention how to make sense of songs."
I got absolutely giddy when i read that! maybe she will discuss it in therapy *G*

Loved the book and seeing the progression of their relationship... I did actually guess the end, but it was more of a 'lucky hunch' than I 'saw it coming' kinda thing ;)

ok, now I'm getting the urge to read it again... well at least parts of it *L*

I'd love to read it again. It was tough to give it back to the library, but I'm glad some other Castle fans get to experience the squee :)

I really hope we'll get to see more of Beckett's therapy sessions. There's so much potential with that aspect of the story - I'm sure it would be fascinating. Actually, I'd really love to see an episode told from the PoV of Beckett in a therapy session. Of course, How I Met Your Mother just did that a couple weeks ago, so I don't know if Castle would too, but a) they're entirely different shows, so it would be a completely different experience, and b) it'd be so awesome!
