Economy woes

That little sweet score I'd just gotten? Yeah... laid off yesterday.

I'm on their callback list, and they were very clear that this was an economy issue, not a me issue, so I don't feel quite as bad about it. But it still sucks.

Oh that just sucks! At least see if you can get a letter of recommendation and some reference contacts out of it. The job market is hard up right now, but I'm sure you can find a new job in no time. =)

Better believe I got some reference contacts out of it! My Work study job is going to give me a few more hours a week too. Won't make up for it, but it'll at least soften the monetary impact a little.
