today, my dad blew up at me and called me a bitch. My mom yelled at me and told me that i treat everyone like shit...she told me that she used that word because she couldn't think of anything lower and more cruel than shit

You should try Volunteering

Sorry to hear that your parents were mad at you. You should try volunteering in a hospitol or for the disabled. That usually helps you focus on others.
