“HA! TAKE THAT!” Yesung yelled as he took out one of Eunhyuk’s characters.
“Hey! No fair! You said we can’t do combos!” Eunhyuk pouted.
“Well I lied,” Yesung grinned.
“I’m gonna tell Teukie-umma on you~” Eunhyuk countered.
“Fine, fine, no more combos,” Yesung relented. The last thing he wanted was to have Teukie umma nagging him about being nicer to his brother.
“HA!” Eunhyuk cheered as he took revenge on one of Yesung’s characters.
“Hey!!!! I said no more combos!”
“Now I lied,” Eunhyuk stuck out his tongue.
“I WIN!” Yesung pumped his fist in the air in victory.
“Cheater,” Eunhyuk glared.
“Nuh uh.”
“Yeah huh.”
“Nuh uh.”
“Yeah huh.”
“Nuh uh.”
“Yeah huh.”
“Eunhyuk! Yesung! What’s going on in there?” Leeteuk appeared in the doorway, hands on his hips.
“Nothing, Teukie umma~” the two young boys chimed together.
“That’s what I thought,” Leeteuk crossed his arms with a satisfied smile. “No more video games, boys. Go play something nice and quiet. It’s almost time for bed. You have to get up early tomorrow for your first day of kindergarten!”
“Yes, Teukie umma,” Yesung and Eunhyuk got up and promptly put away their video games as they were told. They’d rarther just do that than listen to Teukie umma’s three-hour-growing-up-and-responsibilities lecture.
Leeteuk nodded his approval, and returned to the kitchen where he had been doing the dishes.
“So whatcha wanna do now?” Eunhyuk turned to Yesung.
“I dunno…” Yesung shrugged. The two sat in silence for what seemed like forever (but was really only two minutes) before Yesung jumped to his feet and exclaimed, “HIDE AND SEEK!”
“Okay!” Eunhyuk also jumped to his feet.
Yesung looked at Eunhyuk with a sly grin, “Ready? Set…Go!”
Eunhyuk bolted off, leaving a trail of dust behind him.
Opening the closet door, Eunhyuk began to try to stuff himself inside. “Nah, too common. He’ll find me for sure,” he thought to himself before running off to find another hiding spot.
“But where??” Eunhyuk racked his brain for a suitable hiding place while sneaking around the house all wannabe-ninja-like.
“GOT IT!” he exclaimed, clapping his hands over his mouth soon afterwards, realizing he wouldn’t make such a good ninja.
Dragging a large box to the basement, Eunhyuk climbed in and closed the box around him.
“Hehehe this is the best hiding spot ever,” Eunhyuk thought as he gave himself a pat on the back.
One hour later, Eunhyuk was still in the box. “I am the best at this! He’ll never find me here!”
Two hours later, Eunhyuk decided it was time to come out. “tch that guy probably gave up by now. I’ll let him have it later for not telling me he was forfeiting…or better yet… I’ll tell Teukie-umma on him!”
“Yesung~! You didn’t tell me you gave up! I’m telling on you if you don’t come here now!”
Hearing nothing in reply, Eunhyuk meandered through the house, trying to find where Yesung had wandered off to. Hearing a snore from under the sink, Eunhyuk promptly went over and opened the cabinet door. He was then faced with Yesung curled up into a ball under the sink, snoring away.
“Yesung! What are you doing here?” Eunhyuk asked as he shook Yesung awake.
“Dang! You found me! But you took FOREVERRRR!” Yesung groaned as he crawled out of the cabinet.
“…Weren’t you supposed to be seeking?” Eunhyuk blinked at Yesung.
“I thought you were seeking…” Yesung scratched his head.
“LET’S PLAY AGAIN!” the two exclaimed at the same time.
“1…2…”
“Wait wait WAIT!” Eunhyuk held up his hand.
“What?” Yesung looked confused.
“Let’s make sure we decide who’s it this time.”
