Yeah so I've been going to that exercise place Curves here in Alma and it's great. you can go 3-6 days a week once a day. I've been going 5 days a week while I'm home so that I could lose weight and now I'm still going there so that I can either stay at the weight I am now or so that I can lose more weight and get healthy as well.
