Super proud of you for sticking with the vegetarianism. Especially because you live in TX, and everyone knows Texas hates vegetarians.

This is all pretty awesome, except living somewhere that sucks. I enjoyed being vegetarian for the 2+ years I was, and we're trying to add in more meatless meals to our weeks as we're only buying grass-fed, local, etc. meat and it's crazy-ass expensive.
