We just went and looked at a place in Broadbeach, and ahhh, its amazing! I like it as much as the place in Varsity Lakes, although the advantage or Varsity is its a lot bigger and I could rent out a room. This place in Broadbeach is only 2 bedrooms, but I love it! Its $310,000 at the moment, but its up for sale for 4 weeks and gone down $5,000-$10,

tim and i are just looking for a new place to rent here and that's hard enough as it is (especially when you get your heart set on stuff and it's really competitive finding a place - especially a good one!). i have one i'm utterly in love with but won't find out if we have it until tomorrow - it's killing me! argh!

yeah, i totally know what you mean. my mum keeps telling me not think let my emotions take over, but its hard when you see a place and just fall in love with it! its stressing me out a lot! hehe

yeah, i totally know what you mean. tim is the one being level-headed about all this, i get really excited and then spend the rest of the day imagining where all my stuff will go in the house. haha.
