last night and today, i have just felt so wound up and scared and nervous about this whole thing. worrying that i'll be getting myself in too deep, and having way too much trouble. but i suppose, i can always rent it out if i need to. and not live in it. i could get $350 a week if i did that. we are going there at 5pm tommorow. my finance

ben kweller is supporting john mayer for his tour in april next year! i'm thinking it may just be because they are both here at the same time anyways, cause of blues and roots, cause i didn't think they would usually tour together!

Awesome news about the John Mayer show...any ideas about ticket prices yet? I gotta put money aside.

I suppose, with the house, if worst comes to worst and you really decide that you can't afford the repayments after a while, you could sell it, right?

i'm not sure about prices..but i'm thinking $70-$80.

yeah, i could do that, too..but the shorter the time i keep it for, the more chance of me losing lots of money!
