I've been talking about it with mum today, and we are probably going to the US on June 16, which is about a month earlier than I was planning, but there is a good deal on. Whoa that's not that bad for all those flights. When I just went from NYC to Los Angeles to New Zealand it cost me about $2000. That's cool though. You must be looking so forward to your trip!

yeah, my flight just from australia to san fransisco is $2000. and then the others add up to $1000. :) i can't wait!!

Ooh! Part of my RTW airfare is on United. For some reason, I fly from London to Washington to New York to LA then from LA to Auckland and Brisbane on Air NZ (I think). I don't get why flights from London to New York go to Washington first though. Let me know what United is like! I could have done the entire trip on Qantas/British Airways but I don't think they're that great so I chose the Star Alliance Network instead and ended up with United!

I've flown with them before....they're not too bad, I didn't have any problems with them, atleast! :) and mum id glad we're not flying with Air NZ as we were going to at first, cause last time she flew to the US with them, it took her 3 days cause they had major problems!
