So, I'm bored and don't want to do any schoolwork before dinner, so I figured I might as well make one of those yes-I'm-still-alive posts.  It's impossible to summarize everything that's happened since I last posted, but I can at least make some generic comments

It is. Just today I got some constructive feedback on what I felt was a pretty good story, but I didn't see all the flaws in what I was trying to convey until people pointed out the problems. ^^; Guess that's what the class is there for.
As for Shakespeare, we just read The Merchant of Venice and A Midsummer Night's Dream, and we're going to read Hamlet, The Tempest, and Othello. So far I'm liking the class. :)
Ah yes, I think I remember you mentioning that once upon a time. I actually thought of you my first week of volleyball when I was really bruised and was like, "Now what was that thing called again?" haha
