Utah and the effect it has on my nose...

What is it about this state that puts my sinuses in constant peril? If it's not allergies, it's a cold, the flu, general cold weather. I suppose it wasn't too bad during spring, so maybe things will get better. We're headed for some warm this week, maybe that will make it all better, too. Or, maybe it'll just make things worse.

Oh well.

Hopefully warm weather makes things better. I wonder if it's the dryness of cold that causes you problems. Have you tried spraying saline into your nose? Or a humidifier? Those might help if it's the dry that's getting you.

Been thinking about saline - though I hated it every other time I did it. I spaz every time. Maybe if I just force it, I'll get used to it and stop spazzing. It would probably help a great deal. I know it's helped for other friends.

I wonder if you could spend a few moments over a bowl of steaming hot water with either salt or herbs in it. Just breathe through your nose, to get the moisture in it. Supposedly good for your skin, to do that, too. :)
