What version of Good are you using on what type of treo?

I've been using it for years with no issues like you describe.

Would suggest you check you are definitely on the latest version of the Treo 600 Firmware (see http://mytreo.net/treofaq/FirmwareIntro )

Then ask your Good administrator to push out version 4.9.3.37 of the Good Client to your device. (Only your Good administrator can set this via the software policy in the Good Management Console).

That way you have the best chance of a stable experience.

I guess the Treo 600 is quite an old device now but I'm really sorry to hear you are having troubles though. :-(

Hope this helps in some way.

Hi Kitt, thanks for the tip.

things seem [a lot] better today. i posted another entry : http://blumiska.livejournal.com/45367.html

so for now i'm staying put...i'd rather not bug the admin again...he did delete my account and re-add it back in the first time i was having problems.

i read in one of the forums about not keeping too much in the inbox. so that's what i've been doing and it seems happy! (weird thing)

perhaps if i run into anymore problems, then i'll get the latest and greatest Good client.

thanks again!
