they offered a free servicing and free grooming. so we said - it's not enough. the car is barely 2 months old and now it's been in an accident.
we asked for a new car - they said NO! technically, with the car prices dropping, they could easily fork this out.
so we're now in negotiation and i hope they'll come to our terms. (we asked them to take the car to VICOM for the platinum valuation, and we asked for all damages/repairs in the next 12 months is considered related to this incident caused by them, and not because of wear and tear. we also asked for free 6 servicing instead of just 1). ps. i am adding you to the friends list...i just realized you're not on mine.
yes - we're finally given the chance to deal with the manager. not the supervisor. and we're pretty close to getting them to come to our terms (awaiting for final black on white). woohoo!
they stress me out too much - so i asked the husband to talk to the honda folks - i gave up. (i.e. initially i asked for a picture of the car after the collision, they said they'd mms me, but after a long wait - they said i could pick it up the next day at the service center. aiyoh!)
