if last year's dilemma was figuring out who i was, this year's is figuring out where i belong.  it doesn't quite feel like here anymore.  maybe it's the next step of fitting a newer identity with a more familiar context.  or maybe it's the beginning of a process that should be allowed to continue because afterall, i'll be leaving here in a little

At least not feeling like you can settle in at Grinnell means that you won't be shaken up by leaving and moving on to a real life. That's one of my big fears: that I'll cling too much to college life.
