Two small details

First, I'm changing my user pic. That old picture was four years old. This one is less than two years old. I haven't had the beard for about a year, but hey, I don't always take good pictures; when I get a current one I like, I'll use it.

Also, I want to say that Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now is one of the most perfect songs ever.

Joni Mitchell is a good prairie girl. "Sweet Joanie from Saskatoon" by Neil Young is about her, but she's not FROM Saskatoon. She's from my hometown of Fort Macleod, but moved 'way.

I'm also quite convinced that you were born on the wrong side of the border.

Heh. I'm near the border, if that counts!

I do admit that the times I've been to Toronto and surrounding towns, I've felt oddly at home.

I just saw that movie this past winter (well, I missed the beginning, but saw the last 2/3s of it). It was indeed a beautiful movie.

It´s funny when you hear a song, or poem, or story and think that person must know me, must have met me or peaked into my life at some point. To me it is beautiful that we all share this human experience and can see ourselves reflected in others.
