After months and months of Race!Fail, The Last Airbender is finally out and I think I am actually suffering from an acute case of schedenfraude-poisoning.

It's not just the ridiculous race fail.

It's not just that it's bombed horribly.

It's that countless reviewers are outright saying M. Night IS A FUCKING MORON.

I... I think I lost some brain cells just watching the mini trailers.

It's like... they told the actors to move, and then at the last minute thought "OH SHIT, THE SPECIAL EFFECTS! Quick, boot up 3D Max, we don't have time to make it fancy!"

And just... why is Katara white?

I don't think I've recovered enough from The Happening to be curious about this. Just... oh god how did this get in Night's hands?

Why is Katara white? Why, just coincidence! They used 'colour-blind' casting, doncha know?

As for how Night got ahold of it, word goes that his bad films have gotten him SUCH a bad rep that he could only make a movie from a franchise, like A:TLA.
