I need a point of historical debate and an article to go with for my 11am class thursday. I need suggestions because im drawing a blank. This is the criteria: An article on a historical subject that has been debated upon (and with luck is still being debated upon) that states its point and at least makes mention of the other side. So any ideas

Well, there's always the topic of abortion, of free-trade, or of capital punishment (major topic in and of itself, and I'm sure there are lots of articles on it). Good luck!

Indeed, you can go back to Hamilton and Jefferson bitching at each other about that, protectivist trade policies vs. economic growth via specialization, etc. Truly, it is all about the skilla.
