it has just become so hard to get up every day and I constantly feel alone. I know my friends are around when they can be but it all feels so hollow and insubstantial.

A suggestion from someone who has been in a similar place: change your habit by introducing something new. It can be something small and silly, like feeding the ducks at 5:02 pm on alternate Fridays, or something like enrolling in a kick boxing class. Just introducing something new helps a lot, especially because it will introduce new people into your life who can help bring some fresh air into your soul. Plus, if you feed the ducks bread with pop rocks, it might be interesting to watch.... :) I know, I'm evil. But think about it...

Don't do anything bad to ducks. I'll take vengeance. Seriously. Duckies.

I dont think i could do anything cruel to animals. I had one friend respond to this all by simply telling me to go get laid haha. a simple yet effective solution...
