Your team isn't too different from mine, I had Samurott-Sawk-Simisear-vanilluxe-Cofagrigus (plus Reshiram after I caught it, I only went in with 5 because I wanted an EPIC DRAGON FACEOFF with N) all at around 50 and I was able to beat the plot, so you may be okay.
Like holy hell, I thought it would be easier, but I barely won in the end. I don't want to give away anything in plot, but once you start, it it non-stop fighting until it's all over. No saves. So you should train a bit. and bring lots of balls. even though I caught mine with two Dusks balls
Oh, and put your HM slave in a PC box. You want an extra space.
btw, ending is amaaaaazing. It made the game for me. THIS HAS BECOME MY FAVORITE POKEMON GEN.

I MANAGED TO BEAT IT ON MY FIRST GO. I don't really know how, to be honest. BUT EVERYTHING IS SO EPIC.
