My dragon!
*squeals* I'm so happy! Harry got Dante back from Malfoy! I've no idea how he did it, but he just gave me Dante, and he's still all in one piece - Dante, I mean. I can't quit hugging him! It's silly, maybe, to have a stuffed animal and be so attached to it - but Ron gave it to me, for no reason, and it's the nicest thing he's ever done. So it means a lot... Dante means a lot.
It was really great of Harry to do it, too. <3 Honestly, sometimes I could just kiss him.
Well, I did my detention yesterday evening in the greenhouse three. All the fourth years had spent the day squeezing bubotubers, so it smelled horrible in there. I had to take the bottles of pus and sort some of them into smaller vials for Professor Snape to use. It took forever. The pus had thickened a lot since it had been squeezed and it was horribly messy. I have Charlie's old dragonhide gloves, which are much too big for me, so I kept almost dropping the vials because they're such clumsy things, and I tend to drop things anyway. It took the better part of the evening - it was so exhausting, too. But, I mean, I didn't mind all that much. It wasn't Harry's fault.
I smiled at Cho at the dinner table earlier, and she waved, and then Harry gave me back Dante, so in all - a really good day. Much better than yesterday. :)
