Taxes are proving to be terribly confusing.  Not just normal, expected-for-taxes confusing, but make my head hurt  confusing.  I called the IRS and asked about my living/earning in another country.  They told me to fill out form 2555.  Yeah, only I downloaded this form and it turns out that unless I hold residency (not sure that I do in the way

Taxes suck. Thankfully I went through the lengthy process of deducting all of my independent business things (acting and martial arts instruction) and came out ahead.

I think that you would qualify for the 330 days, you really didn't spend more than a month out of the country if I remember right :(
