Daddy's got a dooley, red and shiny. It hauls his tools, his Saturday projects and the four wheeler on Sundays. Today - a sunroof and the perfect moment of hair flowing back and eyes closed in sweet absorption for a little girl in a lilac dress sailing on her own personal ocean down the little street to home.

Sometimes, I forget how much help it is to get adjusted. Damn - I feel like I have a new "no payments now, none til 2990, no interest" lease on life. Not bad for $25. And... she made my son taller.

I'm DONE with school! Got a 96 on the stoopid paper I wrote without any thought. Idiot prof. So, I don't think there's any way she can fail me in the class if all my grades are A's.
