Had a loooooong weekend of drinking and basketball, so getting back in the groove of this work thing is a challenge! I have one project that is literally three weeks behind schedule thanks to a pain in the butt retailer changing their logo and tagline and a new product launch that doesn't translate to Spanish very well, so that's working every ( Read more... )

Did an exercise ball workout last night, and must admit to being a little sore today. Think it's going to take a while to figure out how to balance on and work with that sucker! Overall, though, I think it will be good for toning!

Here's what I don't get about my dog Murphy - he is scared of just about any and everything in the house (especially the exercise balls, he was growling at Mike's last night because it had the nerve to be in our room...). A tub fell over in the basement yesterday sometime, and the contents spilled out onto the floor near his crate. I could NOT get him downstairs this morning until I picked everything up. Yet, we live near a busy freeway, some decently busy surface streets, he's been attacked by a muskrat in the backyard, but he's fine to run off for 6 hours. Dummy.

Love the new outfit. And is it just me, or did you go blonder? I like it.

As for Shawn and his little diddy, it was more of a repetive "wiener, wiener, wiener" said very quickly. He really enjoyed the fact that Mike was walking around saying "wiener" as well. :-)

Sorry work has been a bit of a bear, but it sounds like you are toughing it out. I'm so happy that the weight loss is starting to kick in, it is always a great feeling!
