You should hire a lobbyist or two to go to Washington and hang around. They could occasionally accost a senator and demand support for really obscure bills, like "HR~82~362: Implementation of 'Hydgrogen Awareness Week'". And get really into it, too--attempting bribery, promising dancing girls, etc.

I think we can work something out. For an $8,000 buy in we'll put you someplace visible and let you set up the world's most intimidating false laboratory ever. The only stipulation is you are under no circumstances to produce anything useful.
