Don't completely restrict yourself from sweets, cokes, etc. You'll just feel worse when you lose control and gorge. If you allow yourself a little bit (say, as a reward for losing a couple of pounds), then you won't feel guilty and fall COMPLETELY off the weight-loss wagon.

Allow yourself, say, one to two diet sodas a week. Use Splenda in your tea. Eat those "100 Calorie" snack packs that are becoming so popular.

JUST DON'T DEPRIVE YOURSELF!

My diet program for this summer is not eating anything BUT junk food. Seriously. I miss breakfast and lunch cause I get up at noon or one. And then I only eat a little dinner.

Err...if you're wondering, it only sorta works.
