Michael has killed a lot of people, Sam was a soldier, presumably he did, too. I know we love them because they're like the A-team and stuff blows up and on most jobs, nobody really dies, but. I think they're too heavy handed with the "oh noes! They shot a bad guy again! How awful!" thing. Yes, agreed. One reason I liked the show so much is that they don't sugar coat that Michael and the others have got blood on their hands. When it comes down to it, they'll do what's necessary. Pretending that it's a huge issue when they kill a bad guy...IDK, on the one hand, it's good to show that they still have their humanity, on the other, it gets harder to buy it

Fi actually DID have a legit point, and the whole Mike-is-working-for-the-CIA-oh-no part is still ridiculous. It's classic idiiot plotting.
