Maple Pecan Bacon Ice Cream.

This is what i do to entertain myself when im not working:

2 c heavy cream
2 c whole milk
1/4 c dark brown sugar
1/2 c maple syrup
8 eggs
1 vanilla bean split
pinch of salt
1/2 lb of bacon
1/4 lb of pecans.

it's really good in a fresh waffle cone.
i couldnt stop giggling with pleasure over this creation.
i friggen win.

bacon banquet. i made dark chocolate cupcakes with bacon in them and then glazed them with a melty of marshmallow, semi-sweet chocolate chips and caramel then sprinkled sea salt on top.
