An area sectioned off to the side of the entrance hall. If you come underdressed, or if Peony already promised you something to wear, you can get it and change here. There's cute little changing booths and a rack of clothes. No peeking while someone's changing.

Winry arrived with Ed. She was wearing her normal outfit only because Peony had promised to pick out a dress for her. The mechanic was directed into the dressing room, and then shown which gown she was to wear.
After marveling at it's beauty for all of ten... twenty minutes, Winry finally chose a booth to change in.

You've just walked into the Grand Chokmah palace, have a look around. In the center there's a double sweeping staircase surround the entrance to Peony's chamber/bedroom. The stairs lead up to the audience hall and to the left you'll find the ball room and the banquet room. To the right you'll find the guest chambers. On the main floor you'll find the Rappig Romper Room and Tin Foil Room to the left and the Library to the right.
The blond girl didn't take too long, considering there was only one dressed picked out for her to wear. It was most just a problem with getting it on, because she wasn't too experienced with putting on ball gowns. When Winry was finished she made her way over to the bench Ed was sleeping on.
Folding her arms, she spoke, "Wake up! This isn't kindergarten or nap time."

Ed rolled over. Even though it was a small bench.
He can do this because he is tiny.
