The Interview process

I've just returned from a mtg at Gathersburg HS where I've decided that people don't listen after hearing the same questions asked about a million ways with the same answer...grr. At least now I have a better idea of what I need to do to get the ball rolling for that dreaded interviewing process...I send resume, then schedule county interview...
