I'd personally encourage you to not let the bad apples get to you... there's only a few of them in the bunch, and giving advice/helping people is fun when they're nice which they usually are! :)

Concerts section, I think it was called "Concert Traveling Question" or something. If I remember right, this person's been on the boards for a year... but it's still no excuse for being rude (although he doesn't think he was rude at all).
