so that rat is gone.. Ben took Anastasia to the shelter and their was already a wait list for rats! so we really hope that she is going to a good home and not snake food... we just finished a whirlwind of cleaning.. dishes, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, etc.. the lower floor is done! watching a little of Napolean Dynamite.. and it's

Why'd you decide to get rid of your rat?

we're not really "rat people" (not sure how to phrase it..) ..and she looked pretty creepy (albino).. the last time I handled rats was during a UNM summer psych. project.. we knew she was somewhat docile as she took food from my husband's hand.. but otherwise it was bad flashbacks when the rat wrapped it's tail around his wrist.. yikes!
