Today has been such a Monday. It's just like one of those crazy, crappy days that you just try and close your eyes and hope that it will be over soon. I've had bad calls today, which I can handle, but gets annoying when it's one after another, and then I have this training scheduled for Friday that I didn't know what it was and so I asked Eric
