Anxiety....

So today, whilst driving around.. with winston.. i had a brief moment of Total Terror... i mean to the worst imaginable degree ... Death... Im so afraid of dying... And i dont know why... I use to not care.. I think now that I actually am enjoying my life... i dont know.. my hearts still racing.. and i still feel sick..

Is it going to hurt?
