There’s so much I can take reading about Glycolysis and ß-oxidation and lipid synthesis and cholesterol synthesis and oxidative phosphorylation and the TCA cycle. Between the last post and this, I went on a vacation to Malaysia and Thailand for about four weeks … and I’ve seen and learned a lot, I guess. Of course, I snapped a lot of photos. I’ll post some of them here once I’m less tired.
