Amazing! I can't believe I was so worried that Roy wasn't going to make it, I had to stop myself from reading ahead to see whether he did or not.

Both Ed and Roy are captured perfectly, as are the other characters, and I love how the entire story is told just through those letters.

Writing in the form of letters was really fun, definitely something I'd like to try again.

We've actually done a few other collabs (they're all listed in my fic index). I love co-writing, it's a lot of fun and the other person's contributions get you inspired.

Awwww this was GREAT! I enjoyed the whole thing, especially the pictures. Roy's smirky smirk was just precious and so Roy!

You guys did an awesome job telling this story! I loved all the little details from the plumbing to the very well used other characters. The plumbing especially got to me because it really is one of the first things you notice when you're suddenly alone! I could totally see Ed going bonkers over it.

Thank you! The whole fic was fun to put together from the letter exchanges to the pics. I thought after escaping from the jaws of death, Roy deserved to be a little bit smug.

I've lived in a few old houses with interesting plumbing so that came pretty easily! But that was pretty much where I was going with that (with Ed hearing the plumbing in the silence and fixating on it), and I'm really happy that someone noticed and enjoyed that detail!

So having skimming through and after looking at the two illustrations (both are awesome by the way...haha smirking Roy in a hospital, love it! ), was curious over the story behind those pics. Have to say, I quite enjoyed this a lot!

LOL I too have to wonder how some of the photos get bypassed through the censors. Also can see Ed being interested in photography and making it as a hobby.

I like the mention of Ed visiting Madame Christmas. I think cornerofmadness is the only one I know that does a fic or two with Ed having at least a one line interaction with Christmas. There should be fic of him talking to Roy's "sisters", which shall be interesting. XD

Thank you! I think Roy basically bribed the censors handsomely in order to get his naughty photos through. Either that or the censors don't care about censoring naughty photos and just enjoy the show they get when they go through everyone's love letters and from the front. XD
