I SMILED SO HUGELY WHEN I FIRST SAW THIS AT WORK YESTERDAY. I wish you could've seen it; it felt like I was all full of rainbows. XD''

I love every single thing about it, but especially their positions, and Ed's hand (RING AND ALL I almost squeed out loud, which would have been fun to explain to my coworkers), and Ed's hair, and Roy's nose, and Ed's collar. I really like the color scheme in general, and the black coats together are wonderfully striking. And I'm just gonna go all English major for a second and say that the way their bodies blend together as a result is ~clearly~ symbolic.

And... maybe I'm getting to be a bit of a sap in my **OLD AGE**, but I've recently discovered that one of my favorite tropes is apparently marriages that are still really sexy and happy and sweet. So. Yes. Basically this is absolutely fantabulous in every possible way. ♥;

Yes, the whole thing with the black coats and their bodies sort of forming one graphic block was both a style thing and since you've pressed me on it, kind of supposed to be part of the theme of them being a happy unit without losing their identities. <3 All the amazeballs Pixiv Tiger and Bunny art out there inspired me to sort of up my game. That and snow brushes. I love my set of snow brushes.

Married sexy sap is one of my favourite tropes and one of sky's favourite tropes, so! This should, uh, inspire me to write Big Bang. (oh god I'm so behind)
