Thanks SO MUCH again for your help with this one. Your input into the Roy/Ed scenes was awesome.
(Look at us talking FMA on LJ, it's like it's 2010 again and SPN is just that show with the ghosts and the car and the doom that people talk of. XD)

Maintaining the tension and pace while handling a multi-stranded plot with the cast scattered across different locations is pretty challenging sometimes! So it is super-lovely to hear when people are still enjoying the fic! <3 <3

Sky_dark helped me beat that Roy/Ed reunion scene into shape, so a big chunk of the credit for it working goes to her! I've gone and written a Roy/Ed fic where the two of them are separated until nearly 3/4 of the way through, so I knew there was a lot riding emotionally on that scene. It's exactly because they don't do mushy that much and tend to express themselves indirectly that there's the opportunity to make those bursts of uncontainable high emotion carry a lot of weight and also imply still more by leaving some things unsaid. I have a lot of fun with all the ways I can make them say I love you without ever uttering that exact phrase. So I'm so so glad that worked for you and you dug it! <3 Um, have a hankie ( ... )
