Mill got sleeping pills because she has been having trouble as well and she's out like a light, i'm kinda jealous i think i'm just going to force myself to get up early via alarms so that ill be more tired at night... that's what happened to me when i was at my parents' place for two weeks too.. just.. nothing to do, so you're not spending as much energy throughout the day.
